As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs, helping them achieve their academic and personal goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Work collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons to ensure students receive the support they need.
- Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic growth and social development.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
- Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are desirable.
