Special Educational Needs Assistant

We are seeking an exceptional Youth Worker to join our team in Stevenage, working with students with diverse special educational needs.
The successful candidate will have a strong passion for supporting students with Autism, Challenging Behaviour, and Complex Needs, aged 5-19 years old. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with teaching staff to develop individualized learning plans
- Providing one-on-one support to students with personal care and Social Emotional needs
- Implementing effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment

We are looking for a candidate with:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a UK school or care setting
- Proficiency in English Language
- Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship provided)
