We are seeking an experienced and qualified individual to fill the role of Assistant Principal, Senior School. As a key member of the senior leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the staff team and monitoring their progress. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people with special education needs and physical disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the staff team and monitor their progress.
- Contribute to ongoing training and professional development of the team.
- Improve pupil achievement collaboratively.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the school curriculum.
Requirements:
- A recognised teacher training qualification (Cert Ed/PGCE/QTS or QTS/Teaching Diploma).
- Accredited training in special education eg PMLD/SLD/ASD needs.
