Care and Development Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Care and Development Manager to join our team at Leader Recruitment Group. In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for managing a team of support workers, developing and implementing individual care plans, and ensuring the provision of high-quality care and services to children and young people with complex needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading a team of support workers in providing therapeutic care to young individuals with complex needs
• Developing and implementing individual care plans, addressing the unique needs of each child
• Maintaining accurate records, including event logs, progress reports, and care plans

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 18 months experience in a child-centred, therapeutic environment
• Level 4 qualification in Caring for Children and Young People (or equivalent)
• Full UK driving license
• Flexibility to cover long day shifts, weekends, and sleep-ins
• Additional qualifications in child care or therapeutic support
