Nurse Manager for Children's Ward

East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust is seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse to join our team as a Team Leader in the Children's Emergency Department. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven individual who shares our commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
About the Job:
This role involves leading and managing a team of nurses, prioritising and providing high-standard patient care, and ensuring the delivery of excellent services to our patients. You will work closely with our department/ward manager and multidisciplinary team members to monitor and maintain policies, standards of nursing care, staff, and service development within the unit setting.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Experience in acute paediatric settings
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
Salary and Benefits: The salary for this position is £48,537 - £64,134 per annum, plus benefits. Additional benefits include a range of training and development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive team environment.
