The role of a Pediatric Nurse at NHS Professionals involves providing high-quality care to children and adolescents, promoting their health and well-being, and working collaboratively with patients' families and carers. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric Nurse to join our team, with a minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Paediatric environment within the last 3 years and a Paediatric Nursing Degree.

Key Responsibilities
  • To always maintain confidentiality of information regarding children/ families.
  • Persuade patients and families to co-operate with treatment for their well-being, effectively deal with anxious relatives.
  • Ensure parents/carers and the child (when appropriate), can agree and/or negotiate care.
Person Specification

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric Nurse with:

  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Paediatric environment within the last 3 years.
  • Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices.
  • A Paediatric Nursing Degree.

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including weekly pay, Blue Light Card NHS Discount Provider, and access to Learning & Development opportunities.
