We are seeking a highly skilled Ward Nurse for Acute Care to join our team at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust. As a Ward Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals requiring acute care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acknowledge the salary range for this position is approximately £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Recognize and manage acutely unwell patients effectively.
  • Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and timely documentation of patient care in accordance with Trust policies.

You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care and adhere to Trust policies and guidelines.

  • Essential Qualifications: Registered Nurse on part 1, part 2, or part 12 of the NMC register
