About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Childrens Care & Support Worker to join our team at a residential home in Cambridgeshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide exceptional care and support to children and young people with severe learning disabilities.
  • To work effectively with other members of the care team to deliver high-quality care.
  • To assist with personal care needs, including washing and getting ready for bed.
  • To conduct regular checks throughout the night to ensure the health and well-being of the children in our care.
  • To assist with light housekeeping duties during your night shift.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £20 per hour, with a pay rate of £25 per night shift worked.
  • A £1500 Welcome Bonus on completion of your probationary period.
  • Average 40 hours per week, with full-time or flexible part-time shifts/hours available including weekend only hours.
  • Full training provided, including the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
  • Paid DBS Check.
  • Funding to complete the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
  • 30 Days Holiday including bank holidays.
