Business Development Executive

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our Superheat FGH team covering the Southern United Kingdom region. This Business Development Manager role involves managing account activities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and advancing underdeveloped accounts into next sales stages.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Superheat FGH's products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, advancing them through the sales cycle to closure.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, working collaboratively with the Operations Team to service contracts and opportunities.
* Work effectively with Sales and Regional Leadership to formalize account objectives and strategies.
* Utilize the CRM to manage accurate, up-to-date sales-related activities.
Requirements
* Proven sales experience in the Oil & Gas, Utilities, or major corporations sectors.
* Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of developing new markets.
* Strong technical knowledge in the world of gas, oil, power, and heavy engineering is advantageous.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
