Job Role: Brokerage and Tracking Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Brokerage and Tracking Officer. The successful candidate will work with young people in Tower Hamlets, providing careers information, advice, and employability support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver careers guidance and information to young people aged 13-19 (up to 25 with special needs) in a range of settings.
  • Make referrals to providers and support young people in applying for jobs, apprenticeships, education, and training.
  • Work with vulnerable young people who are at risk of becoming NEET or who are NEET, providing support to overcome barriers to learning and increase confidence.
  • Partner with other agencies to deliver multi-agency working and improve outcomes for young people.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working within an IAG or job placing environment.
  • Experience of working with vulnerable young people and understanding of the barriers they face.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Highly organized, with strong prioritization and time management skills.
