We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Service Desk Support Specialist to join our team in Bicester, UK.

Job Overview

The Customer Service Desk is a critical component of our operation, providing 24/7 support to customers across the UK and worldwide. As a Customer Service Desk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for receiving, recording, and resolving customer queries via telephone or our Jira-based customer service tool, Komodo.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good IT skills and experience with CRM systems.
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
