Customer Service Specialist

Getting In Limited is a dynamic and growing company that values excellent customer service. Our team is dedicated to providing top-notch support to our clients, and we are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our ranks as a Customer Service Specialist.
This role involves communicating with customers and suppliers over the telephone and via email, logging queries, and setting tasks for the purchasing team using our Sage CRM system. You will also process customer orders, prepare quotes, and chase updates on deliveries. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be essential in keeping customers informed and reviewing on-hold orders.
We require strong communication, IT, and problem-solving skills, as well as a willingness to learn and adapt. As a valued member of our team, you will have access to training and development opportunities, including a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist qualification. This apprenticeship will provide you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role and take your career to the next level.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues to achieve our goals and contribute to the success of Getting In Limited. We offer a competitive salary of approximately £18,500 per annum, depending on location and experience.
