About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment where no two days are ever the same. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering queries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and tidy store environment, including replenishing shelves and maintaining stock levels.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, maintaining displays, and promoting products to enhance customer engagement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • A positive and friendly attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Basic mathematical skills, with accuracy when handling cash and processing transactions.
