Wolverine Worldwide is a leading global marketer of branded footwear, apparel, and accessories. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets and maintaining store standards. This includes visual merchandising, managing deliveries, replenishing stock, loss prevention, and adhering to health & safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Achieve sales targets and performance metrics by providing exceptional customer service and promoting our brands.
  2. Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, replenishing stock, and adhering to health & safety procedures.
  3. Be responsible for cash management and adhere to all policy and procedures for security & health & safety and stock accuracy standards.
  4. Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
Requirements
  1. Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
  2. Retail sales experience is preferred but not required.
  3. Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
  4. Excellent communication skills.
  5. A positive and professional attitude.
  6. Enthusiasm to learn and to share product knowledge.
  7. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-driven atmosphere.
