Customer Service Leadership Specialist

We are looking for a seasoned Contact Centre Manager to spearhead our customer service efforts at Valda Energy Limited. With a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Service Team Leaders and Advisors in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
As a seasoned leader, you will have a deep understanding of the energy industry and its challenges. You will leverage this expertise to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain our reputation for exceptional service.
