Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced pharmacist to lead our renal pharmacy service, providing expert clinical leadership and guidance to multidisciplinary teams. You will be responsible for developing and implementing guidelines and policies for drug use, managing budgets and resources effectively, and working closely with colleagues to develop treatment pathways and protocols.

This role requires strong organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities. You will have a deep understanding of renal medicine and be able to demonstrate advanced clinical reasoning and judgement.

Salary: £72,500 - £82,500 per annum, reflecting the complexity and challenge of this role and the need for competitive salaries to attract and retain top talent.
