Job Description

You will work closely with the Renal Care Group to develop and implement treatment pathways, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. This role requires a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement clinical practice guidelines, protocols, and policies.
  • Conduct medication reviews, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost savings.
  • Collaborate with pharmacists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing data-driven insights to inform service development.
