Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Advanced Clinical Pharmacist Lead to join our team at The Wellington Hospital in London.

About the Role: As an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist Lead, you will be responsible for leading the provision of clinical pharmacy services to patients across various specialties. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of antimicrobial stewardship programs
  • Collaborate with clinicians to optimize medication use and reduce adverse events
  • Provide education and training to healthcare professionals on best practices in clinical pharmacy
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to clinical pharmacy services

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent)
  • GPhC Registration
  • Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent experience
  • Extensive relevant pharmacy experience in leadership roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
