Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist to join our multi-disciplinary team in Reading. As part of this role, you will be responsible for medication reviews, reconciliation, switching, and other key tasks.

Requirements
  • Ideal candidate would be full-time, but we are open to less (Full time over 4 days is an option)
  • No home visits required
  • Work closely with another Clinical Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technician
