Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Clinical Pharmacist to lead our renal pharmacy service, providing high-quality, safe, and comprehensive pharmaceutical services to our patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing clinical pharmacy services at our Denmark Hill site and satellite dialysis units across South East London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the renal pharmacy service, ensuring delivery of high-quality, safe, and comprehensive pharmaceutical services.
  • Develop and implement guidelines and policies for drug use.
  • Provide financial reporting, drug usage, and expenditure forecasting.
  • Identify a vision for the delivery of pharmaceutical services to the Care Group.

About You:

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist with a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or Pharmacy Practice. You should have a strong understanding of renal medicine and the ability to work as part of a team. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.

Salary: £85,000 - £105,000 per annum, depending on experience.
