Renal Pharmacy Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Renal Pharmacy Services Manager to join our team at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of the renal pharmacy team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of clinical pharmacy services to patients across South East London. The successful candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy practice, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
The post holder will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the quality and safety of pharmaceutical care. This will include working closely with senior healthcare professionals to identify opportunities for service improvement and development. You will also be expected to lead and manage the renal pharmacy service, including budget management and financial reporting. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing guidelines and policies for the use of drugs.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a Masters degree in Pharmacy (MPharm) and be registered as a pharmacist (MRPharmS). You must also have experience of supervising others, protocol development, and financial reporting. A postgraduate diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or Pharmacy Practice is desirable. In addition, you should be able to motivate self and others, demonstrate an advanced level of clinical reasoning, and have a commitment to the clinical governance agenda. Estimated salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum.
