We are seeking an experienced Renal Pharmacy Service Lead to join our team at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of the pharmacy department, you will lead the development and implementation of strategies to improve patient care and safety.

In this role, you will work closely with colleagues to develop and monitor treatment pathways, ensuring high-quality pharmaceutical services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing guidelines and policies for drug use.
  • Leading the development and implementation of treatment pathways with colleagues across South East London.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior staff members.
