About the Role

We are seeking an experienced pharmacist to join our team as a Renal Pharmacy Service Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the renal pharmacy service, including both inpatient and outpatient care at the Denmark Hill site.

The post holder will work closely with colleagues across South East London to develop and monitor treatment pathways, ensuring the provision of high-quality, safe, comprehensive pharmaceutical services to the Care Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the renal pharmacy service, including staff supervision and performance management.
  • Develop and implement clinical governance strategies to improve patient outcomes and safety.
  • Work collaboratively with senior healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing data-driven insights to inform service development.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, promoting continuous learning and professional development among team members.
