About the Role

The successful candidate will provide behaviour support to a Year 8 class, working closely with the class teacher to develop strategies to manage challenging behaviour. Key responsibilities include:

  • Full-time position working Monday to Friday
  • Supporting a Year 8 class with behaviour management needs
Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Team Teach qualification desirable but not essential
  • Experience supporting pupils with behavioural needs
  • Strong communication skills to effectively manage challenging situations
  • Knowledge of different behaviour management techniques to ensure a positive learning environment
Estimated Salary: £12.50 per hour
