About the Role

The successful candidate will provide support and guidance to students who require extra help with their behaviour and learning. This will involve developing a deep understanding of the school's ethos and values and modelling these in all aspects of school life. The role requires a high level of expectation for behaviour and the ability to create and implement strategies to promote positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a 1:1 mentoring relationship with students receiving support
  • Work closely with students to help them meet their behaviour targets
  • Create and implement strategies to promote positive behaviour and learning
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to students
