Job Summary

The Administrative Coordinator - Hospice Services role is a key position within our team, responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Hospice at Home service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the administration of the Hospice at Home service, including notification of care packages and maintenance of accurate records.
  • Providing clerical support, including typing letters, photocopying, and filing.
  • Inputting patient information into EMIS and maintaining accurate records while respecting patient confidentiality.
  • Collating staff time sheets and mileage claims, ensuring accuracy and meeting payroll deadlines.
  • Contributing to the processes of PPE stock and clinical uniform ordering.
