Role Overview
The role of a Behaviour Mentor involves providing tailored support to students who require assistance in overcoming their learning and attendance barriers.
This is an excellent opportunity for educators who are passionate about making a positive impact on children's behaviour and attainment, being approachable, nurturing, understanding, creative, organised, and proactive.
The Primary provision is seeking motivated professionals who can inspire and motivate children to develop a love for learning.
The school offers a comprehensive curriculum in and outdoors, with staff working closely with children to meet their behaviour targets.
