Rcs Doors are recruiting for a Warehouse/Driver Team Leader for our site in Rawtenstall. The position will sit with the quality team
- We are looking for hard working, dedicated, and reliable Team Player.
- You must be able to demonstrate a minimum of 6 months supervisory experience.
- Have 2 or more years experience of warehouse environments.
- Hold a current FLT (forklift truck) licence.
- You will need to be highly motivated with an eye for Quality, details and demonstrate strong people management skills with the ability to coach and develop others, be able to interact and engage with colleagues at all levels. You will be IT literate with a keen interest in learning new systems when required.
- Act in a professional and courteous manner when dealing with both internal and external customers.
- Ability to lead the team.
- Good knowledge of Transport legislation.
- Ensure a safe working environment to comply with Company Policy and Health & Safety Regulations.
- Loading and unloading safely all deliveries.
- You will possess excellent written and verbal communication and organisation skills, as well as planning experience.
- Order processing and confirmation and running and clearing daily reports.
- Arranging vehicle servicing and MOT’s, Tachos
- Associated administration.
- Call handling.
- Front line driver management and route planning.
- Daily debrief of drivers.
- Liaising with the customer service department and with customers to resolve issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,440.00-£25,563.00 per year
