About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Lifecycle Recruiter to join our AUTA Recruiting team at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in managing Amazon's growth and additional hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for hiring graduates through attraction, selection processes, and onboarding.
  2. Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches, ensuring customer/partner expectations are met through a deep understanding of return on investment.
  3. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  4. Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment of talent that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing new processes and fine-tuning current processes to fit within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
  5. Develop strong working relationships with all key hiring managers and work closely with them to ensure hiring needs are met for their groups.
  6. Create innovative plans to attract qualified candidates for open roles and monitor new trends and opportunities to consistently raise the standard for recruitment at Amazon.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
  2. Excellent speaking and writing skills in English or a second European Language.
  3. Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement, with the ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships.
  4. Strong inclination towards managing processes and designing new areas of process innovation.
  5. Strong HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience in a campus recruitment environment.
  2. Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring.
  3. Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
  4. Understanding of Apprentice hiring in France.
