Administrative Excellence in Radiology

We are seeking a skilled and organized administrator to join our Radiology Department at Nuffield Health Warwickshire Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our Consultant Radiologists, radiology team, and private patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage patient appointment bookings and reception duties
  • Process referral forms and liaise with GP's, Consultants, and other hospital staff regarding imaging reports and appointments
  • Respond to face-to-face, telephone, and email enquiries in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Manage workload effectively and support administrative colleagues in meeting departmental objectives
  • Work with CRIS and PACS computer systems
  • Assist in the smooth and efficient running of Radiology services
  • Image transferring between hospitals

Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational and IT skills
  • Ability to use initiative and attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Reliable and professional
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is desirable
  • Previous experience in a healthcare administrative role is desirable
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise your workload
