Compliance Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous and organised professional to join our team as a Compliance Risk Management Specialist.
This critical role will support our compliance initiatives by working closely with various departments to ensure adherence to relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the company's compliance efforts by playing a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
- Stay updated on relevant regulatory changes and updates.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, manage documentation, and assist in preparing compliance reports.
- Identify and assess potential compliance risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and work with teams to implement them.
Requirements:
- A background in compliance, quality assurance, or regulatory affairs is essential for this role.
About the Role:
This position will report directly to the Head of Compliance and be responsible for helping the company meet all legal, regulatory, and business standards within the catering and hospitality sector.
The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. They must also be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
Salary: £42,000 - £47,000 per annum + Benefits
