Platform Administration

  1. Maintaining core platform functionality, including account creation/upgrades, license management and resource allocation.
  2. Ensuring seamless integration with external tools like Salesforce and Monday.com.
  3. Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  4. Developing training materials and delivering onboarding sessions for new users.
  5. Fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and best practices among team members.
