IT Service Desk Technician

Main Responsibilities:
- To handle and resolve IT-related issues and customer requests promptly and efficiently.
- Complete administrative tasks, such as paperwork and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of site information using IT Service Management tools.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and change control processes.
- Effectively manage time to achieve organisational goals.
- Regularly review progress with the Team Lead.
- Previous experience in Windows Server/Active Directory administration.
- Familiarity with Office 365 Admin tools.
- Desirable: exposure to cloud support services.
- Understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Proficiency in Timekeeping and Administration.
This opportunity involves managing IT incidents and customer requests while adhering to SLAs. The ideal candidate will have experience in Windows Server/Active Directory, Office 365 Admin, and cloud support.
