We are seeking a skilled Financial Risk Management Leader to join our team at Utilita Energy Ltd. This role will involve leading a team of Credit Analysts, translating data from CRM systems, and making recommendations to senior stakeholders across the credit risk department.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse data trends and performance to reduce risk across our debt portfolio;
  • Develop predictive models using third-party behavioural data, including Credit Reference Agencies;
  • Lead a team of Credit Analysts to drive strategic solutions;
  • Evaluate employee benefits such as bonus schemes, career progression, health care, and Employee Assistance Programmes;
  • Determine the impact of these benefits on employee satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience of using SQL to interpret data and lead a team to make recommendations to key stakeholders;
  • Excellent analytical and leadership skills;
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a proactive approach, delivering high-quality analytics to enhance the Credit Risk strategy;
  • A strong understanding of risk management principles and practices;
  • A passion for sustainability and reducing carbon emissions.

Salary Range: £46,811 - £53,141 per annum (dependent on experience).
