Job Overview

Elite Live-In Care is a national provider of live-in care services, seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader to join our team.

This role involves overseeing care workers in the community and planning care packages to ensure exceptional standards of care for our service users.

As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising, mentoring, and leading the care team to deliver high-quality care services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and mentoring care workers to ensure they provide exceptional care to service users.
  • Creating person-centred care plans and risk assessments using a computerised care planning system.
  • Reviewing and adjusting care packages to meet the changing needs of service users.
  • Auditing communication logs, medication charts, and financial records.
  • Representing Elite Live-In Care in the local community and maintaining good relationships with stakeholders.
