We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Team Member to join our team at Wake the Tiger. As a key representative of our organization, this role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our visitors.
Job SummaryThe Front Desk Team Member will be responsible for welcoming visitors, answering inquiries, and providing information about our attractions. This includes managing the box office, handling ticket sales, and responding to visitor concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities- Welcoming visitors and providing excellent customer service
- Managing the box office, including ticket sales and cash handling
- Responding to visitor inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless visitor experience

Requirements- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or hospitality setting
