About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Druid Stoke Care Home in Bristol. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing new enquiries, and supporting our residents, their families, and internal teams.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £11.80 - £12.80 per hour, dependent on experience. Job Description:

Your primary responsibilities will include acting as the first point of contact for all visitors to the home, taking responsibility for managing new enquiries, providing advice and support both face-to-face and over the phone, conducting show-arounds within the care home, and supporting the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors to the home, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.

Taking responsibility for managing new enquiries, resolving issues promptly, and escalating concerns when necessary.

Providing exceptional customer service, responding to resident and family inquiries, and addressing any concerns or issues.

Conducting show-arounds within the care home, showcasing our facilities and services to prospective residents and their families.

Supporting the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
