">About the Role:
">We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Druid Stoke Care Home in Bristol. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing new enquiries, and supporting our residents, their families, and internal teams.
">Salary and Benefits:
">The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £11.80 - £12.80 per hour, dependent on experience. In addition to a generous salary, we offer a range of benefits, including My Healthcare, Annual Allowance, Wagestream, 28 days holiday, sick pay scheme, long service recognition, free meal on every shift, interest-free annual travel loan, and access to Bupa pension plans.
">Job Description:
">Your primary responsibilities will include acting as the first point of contact for all visitors to the home, taking responsibility for managing new enquiries, providing advice and support both face-to-face and over the phone, conducting show-arounds within the care home, and supporting the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
">Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors to the home, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
">Taking responsibility for managing new enquiries, resolving issues promptly, and escalating concerns when necessary.
">Providing exceptional customer service, responding to resident and family inquiries, and addressing any concerns or issues.
">Conducting show-arounds within the care home, showcasing our facilities and services to prospective residents and their families.
">Supporting the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
