Front Desk Support Volunteer - British Heart Foundation Furniture Store

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic front desk support volunteer to join our team at the British Heart Foundation furniture store in Brislington. As a front desk support volunteer, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm and welcoming smile to everyone who walks through our doors.

Your primary responsibilities will include answering phone calls, responding to online booking requests, and performing reception duties. You will also be required to deal with face-to-face and phone enquiries, help around the cashier desk, and complete administration procedures accurately.
