This exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Service Manager to join our team at Brook Street. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing services for adults with learning disabilities in South Shropshire.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Manage day-to-day service operations.
  • Collaborate with staff to develop and implement community activity plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality support provision.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
  • Relevant degree-level qualification (e.g., Level 3/4).
  • Significant experience in the adult care sector.
  • Strong understanding of person-centred and positive behaviour support.
  • Valid UK manual driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Proven management or supervisory experience.
  • Familiarity with supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
