Vulnerable Adult Services Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our HR Services and Solutions team as a Community Support Team Leader. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in social housing and vulnerable adult services to drive exceptional results.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for leading a team of support workers to provide tailored services to residents, focusing on promoting independence and meeting their unique needs. Your expertise will be invaluable in developing and implementing effective strategies to address the challenges facing vulnerable adults.
Key Responsibilities- To lead the team in delivering support services that meet the needs of vulnerable adults, while adhering to relevant standards and best practices.
- To develop and implement effective strategies to promote independence, quality of life, and safe environments for residents.
- To manage and develop the Support Services Team, including direct management, performance reviews, and ongoing training and development opportunities.
- To monitor and evaluate service delivery, ensuring that services are relevant to needs and demonstrate quality outcomes.
We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of working in social housing and vulnerable adult services. You should possess a deep understanding of health and safety issues affecting support services and hold a relevant professional qualification or evidence of continuous professional development.
What We Offer- A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
