Management Specialist for Vulnerable Adults

We are an equal opportunities employer seeking a skilled Management Specialist to assist in the effective management, administration and co-ordination of our service.
The successful candidate will be required to work shifts across the week and lead the team, providing guidance, conducting supervisions and assisting in developing the culture of the team and service.
As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for monitoring the overall performance of the service to ensure that it meets the required standards and contractual responsibilities.
You will also provide support and direction to the people who use our service, empowering them to make positive choices such as finding employment or alternative accommodation.
In addition to day-to-day operational domestic responsibilities, you will support the service's management team with effective management and leadership of the service, while complying with health and safety regulations.
To be eligible for this role, you will need to have experience of working with vulnerable adults for at least two years, as well as experience in managing/supporting staff teams.
You must be able to speak a second language, specifically Eastern European languages including Polish, Russian, Ukrainian, Punjabi, Mandarin and Romanian.
A salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience, is available for the right candidate.
