About the Job

We are seeking a Support Staff for Vulnerable Adults to join our team in Barnet, providing care and support to adults with learning disabilities.

As a Support Staff for Vulnerable Adults, you will be responsible for providing individualized care and support to each resident, promoting their independence and well-being. You will work closely with the care and support team to ensure that all residents receive the highest level of care and support.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months' experience working in the care sector, a valid qualification or training in this field, and a strong passion for supporting vulnerable adults.

You will assist residents with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care, as well as accompanying them on outings and activities. You will also contribute to maintaining a safe and enabling environment that promotes positive experiences for all residents.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect:

  • A competitive salary of £27,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience
