About the Role

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Safeguarding and Support Services Manager. In this role, you will work closely with service users, families, carers, and surrounding communities to develop and implement evidence-based support strategies that empower individuals to make informed decisions about their safety.

You will specialise in areas such as domestic abuse, rough sleeping, or health-related issues, adopting a solution-focused approach that prioritises creativity and customisation. Your expertise will enable adults to protect themselves from abuse and neglect while fostering a culture of empowerment and community engagement.

We welcome applications from qualified social workers, nurses, or occupational therapists who possess significant experience working with vulnerable adults. You should have a proven track record in identifying and assessing risk, as well as a demonstrable focus on empowerment and community engagement.

The estimated salary for this role is £42,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Requirements:
