Your Responsibilities

  • Leading technical operations across marine systems, IT, and engineering to optimize asset performance.
  • Developing and implementing innovative strategies for asset management, ensuring compliance and safety.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to align technical and commercial strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Marine, or Electrical Engineering.
  • 8–10 years of experience in asset management, with 5+ years in leadership.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale technical assets.
  • Knowledge of asset management systems, compliance, and lifecycle management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
