$120,000 - $180,000 per annum

Job Description

The successful candidate will have significant experience in marine engineering, with considerable leadership experience. Proven track record in the design and development of cruise ships or large marine vessels, along with knowledge and applied practice with international maritime regulations and standards.



Key Responsibilities

  • Contributing to the design and development of fuel technologies and associated systems for new vessels
  • Overseeing and approving complex technical plans, documents, and drawings related to ship design and construction
  • Conducting technical reviews and analysis of existing and future technologies to identify areas for optimization


Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, plus annual bonus, minimum 25 days leave, bank holiday allowance, and holiday trading scheme. Required Skills and Qualifications

A strong background in marine engineering, with expertise in ship design and construction. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence others and encourage innovation and creative thinking.
