We are seeking a part-time Maintenance Coordinator to join our Newcastle Family Hub Team, based at our Maryhill site. The ideal candidate will have experience working in premises maintenance and be flexible with the ability to cover emergency call-outs.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining high standards within the building and external site
  • Managing contractors to ensure compliance with centre safety policies and acceptable work standards
  • Covering emergency call-outs to site when required
  • Arrangement of disposal of waste material arising from the use of the premises

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a guaranteed interview as long as your application meets the minimum criteria for the post.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Experience working as a caretaker or in premises maintenance
  • Flexibility and willingness to attend training as required
