Job Summary:

The Property and Maintenance Coordinator role supports the Maintenance Manager in delivering the Fabric Lifecycle Program (FLP). Key responsibilities include managing contractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and coordinating communication with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Maintenance Manager to deliver the FLP
  • Manage contractors to deliver effective maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Coordinate communication with internal stakeholders
  • Raise and manage purchase orders
  • Develop and maintain reporting to track progress

Requirements:

  • Experience of CAFM systems and Verisae
  • Excellent communication and representation skills
  • Working knowledge of property and maintenance compliance requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and FM related systems
  • Organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Experience of running and maintaining reports

Qualifications:

HND qualification in Building Construction or similar, or relevant experience
