Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at the United Reformed Church. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for coordinating repairs and maintenance activities, ensuring our properties are well-maintained and our residents are satisfied with the service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating repairs and maintenance activities with surveyors and contractors
  • Liaising with residents to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and property inspections
  • Providing excellent customer service and communication to residents and stakeholders
