Regional HR Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Regional HR Advisor to support our academies in the London and South region.

In this role, you will provide proactive HR support and lead on HR casework, offering expert advice and guidance on employment law and best practice.

You will need to have significant HR experience, a CIPD qualification or equivalent, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

As a passionate advocate for education, you will be committed to our vision and values and able to work effectively in a team environment.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £41,000, plus a range of benefits, including a well-being cash plan, pension scheme, and additional perks.

Our successful candidate will be based in our office at 1 Edcity Walk, Edcity, London W12 7TF and work remotely two days per week.
