Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate HR Professional to join our team at Pertemps Glasgow. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in HR and take your career to the next level.

The role will provide comprehensive HR advice and guidance to management and team members, ensuring that organisational policies, procedures, legal requirements, and best practices are met. You will be responsible for supporting the development and delivery of our people strategies, activities, policies, and workforce plans.

Your key responsibilities will include providing professional HR advisory services to management and team members at all levels, leading the management of casework, and contributing to the development, implementation, and revision of organisational policies, procedures, and practices.

You will also have the opportunity to support continuous improvement and deliver change initiatives, advise and support management on recruitment and selection, respond to requests for advice on attendance management, conduct, capability, grievances, and employee relations matters, and develop and maintain positive working relationships with management, team members, partners, and external agencies.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR
